Duties:
8. Perform routine servicing, repairs, and diagnostics on a variety of vehicles, including electric models with training provided
9. Carry out MOT tests and ensure adherence to safety and manufacturer standards
10. Identify faults accurately and implement effective repairs
11. Interpret technical information and carry out repairs efficiently
12. Conduct road tests to diagnose issues and test completed repairs
13. Fit accessories and carry out personal inspection on new and used vehicles
14. Work independently in a fast-paced environment with a commitment to fixing vehicles on the first visit
15. Follow health and safety, warranty, and company procedures
16. Communicate technical information clearly and maintain high standards of workmanship
Requirements:
17. Full UK driving licence
18. Minimum of four years’ experience working within a workshop environment
19. Knowledge of routine servicing and mechanical repairs
20. Strong diagnostic skills, with a Level 3 Technician qualification
21. MOT accreditation or willingness to achieve it
22. Honest, with high integrity and excellent team collaboration skills
23. Strong attention to detail and ability to work within structured processes
24. Committed to continuous technical development and learning
