2 years of recent acute inpatient case management experience required. 4 years of overall nursing experience required.
Required Licensure & Certifications: WA RN License
BSN required
BLS not required
Skills required: Acute care case management experience is a must
Healthcare financial and reimbursement knowledge
Will do post-discharge planning and provide resources for post-discharge. There is info for community resources that will be provided
ER and Utilization Review experience is preferred
EPIC experience required
