We are currently recruiting for a Technical Administrator (Fixed Term 12 months) to join our Bromborough Technical Team .
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 15:30pm (Flexibility Required)
In your role you will collaborate with management/supervisors and undertake general administrative tasks with use of various systems, generate reports and trending information, enhance quality of systems and processes across the site and provide system performance to internal customers.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Assist with document control, create process records for data capture.
Receive, log, administer, and investigate complaints/depot rejections/referrals/barcode issues, with the assistance of stakeholders. Prepare responses to customers and consumers.
Prepare data and organise weekly complaints, micro and GMP meetings.
Raising corrective actions on QUOR system for completion by relevant personnel as and when required (e.g. micro failures)
Investigate product pathogen fails, liaise with suppliers to ensure investigation close outs.
Complete internal and third party KPI reports (daily, weekly, monthly and group/customer)
Writing SOP's/help sheets and new processes with support from Technical Team
Support customer visits and third-party audits and follow ups.
Read, analyse, and interpret existing data and documents for accuracy and completeness.
Be ambassadors for and promote the culture of Quality and Food Safety by their visible presence on site demonstrating behaviours and always reinforcing our commitment to the highest standards.
Participate in external Quality and Food Safety audits and customer technical visits.
Support and be involved in the regular review and achievement of the site Quality and Food Safety objectives.
To work within the appropriate Health and Safety procedures and to promote a strong awareness amongst all staff of a safe working environment.
Successful candidate must be a strong communicator and have a good level of literacy, numeracy, and IT skills (Outlook, Word, Excel and other systems). Attention to detail is essential and a conscientious nature to ensure all tasks are completed. General Process, product knowledge, route cause analysis, internal auditing experience will be advantageous. Holding of working towards Food Safety level 3 is desirable.
