About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Technical Training Administrator to join our team in Warwick. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys coordination, organisation, and working in a structured technical environment.
You will play a key role in supporting the delivery of technical training programmes, ensuring courses run smoothly and delegates receive an excellent experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and schedule technical training courses
* Manage training bookings, joining instructions, and attendance records
* Maintain accurate training databases and certification records
* Liaise with trainers, delegates, and internal departments
* Prepare training materials and course documentation
* Organise venues, equipment, and technical resources
* Process invoices and manage training-related administration
About You
* Previous experience in an administrative role (training/L&D environment desirable)
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Confident using Microsoft Office and internal database systems
* High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
* Professional and customer-focused approach
