Job description
A highly regarded national insurance brokerage is expanding its Glasgow commercial team and is looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Insurance Broker from a broking background only.
This firm continues to attract high-calibre professionals from across the Scottish market - particularly those looking for long-term career stability, genuine autonomy, and a business that still values relationships over process.
The Business

Key strengths include:

2. A consistent track record of organic growth
3. Low attrition and high internal promotion rates
4. A culture that rewards contribution, not politics
People join this firm because it offers the security of a major player without the bureaucracy that often comes with it.
