Job Description
I am exclusively partnering with a global and leading brand within the consumer good industry who are looking for a Customer Supply Chain Planner to join their team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a renowned brand, managing end-to-end supply chain processes. The role will play a key part in ensuring exceptional service delivery, optimized inventory levels, and efficient collaboration with both internal teams and 3PL partners.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 years relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage the supply chain process, including forecasting, inventory management, replenishment, and order fulfilment
2. Coordinate and maintain article forecasts using customer information and order book data
3. Schedule fittings and deliveries, ensuring timely invoicing aligned with service provider deliveries
4. Work closely with Supply Chain Operations Managers, Account Managers, and customers to optimize distribution costs
5. Identify and communicate sales opportunities into the forecasting process
6. Manage manual replenishment orders on a weekly basis and follow up on inbound deliveries
7. Monitor product availability, especially for key SKUs, in collaboration with the Supply Chain Planner
