An excellent opportunity has arisen for a junior to mid-level Commercial Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join a highly regarded Legal 500 firm in Sheffield.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a lawyer looking to build a long-term career within a well-structured and supportive Real Estate team, working on a broad range of high-quality commercial property matters for an impressive client base, both locally and nationally.
The Role
You will join a busy and collaborative Real Estate team, gaining exposure to a varied and high-quality caseload including:
• Acquisitions and disposals
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Development work
• Real estate finance transactions
• Corporate support work
• Wider commercial property matters across multiple sectors
You will work closely with experienced partners and senior lawyers, receiving strong mentorship and the opportunity to develop both technically and commercially within a supportive
environment.
