My client is recruiting for experienced Private Client Solicitors, Legal Executives or Paralegals to join their team on a fully remote basis.

The role offers the opportunity to take on an existing caseload of varied Private Client work, including Wills, Probate, Administration of Estates, LPA's, Inheritance Tax Planning and Trusts. You will have the autonomy to manage your caseload and build relationships with other departments and external referrers. There is also potential to mentor junior colleagues.
There is scope to grow and develop the work and to progress within the firm, with the option to pursue STEP certification and potential advancement to Director level by meeting targets.
Responsibilities
* Take on an existing caseload of Private Client work (Wills, Probate, Administration of Estates, LPAs, Inheritance Tax Planning and Trusts).
* Develop and manage client relationships and collaborate with other departments and external referrers.
* Mentor junior members of the department as appropriate.
* Work remotely with opportunities for professional development and progression.

Qualifications and Qualifications/Requirements
Experienced Private Client Solicitors, Legal Executives or Paralegals with relevant practice in private client matters.
