As a Senior Customer Consultant, you will support customers in finding suitable financial solutions within a welcoming environment.
Your role involves supporting the delivery of our purpose through:
* Executing structured activities to enhance branch effectiveness
You will work closely with the branch manager, occasionally standing in for them, to coach and develop a team of customer consultants.
Skills needed:
* Problem-solving
* Ability to work under pressure
* Building strong relationships with customers, members, and the local community
