Life on the team

We are now looking for a Head of Change & Transformation to join our digital transformation & excellence team. The Digital Transformation & Excellence team is responsible for overseeing and driving the Remote Service Operations Governance, Transformation, Quality, and Continual Improvement agenda, ensuring successful and continuous business evolution, effectiveness, and control. This includes ensuring consistent global delivery and best practices, such as the end-to-end operational enablement of strategic change programs, like the deployment of new technology and operating models, and simplifying or removing complex or inefficient processes and legacy structures.

What you’ll do

As the Head of Change & Transformation, you will work closely with Operational, Service, and Technical Leads. You will be responsible for ensuring our resources, processes, and tools are enabled to deliver target operational outcomes efficiently. You will also be accountable for delivering continuous improvement throughout the operation working with Group Managed Services Product, Service, and Delivery Leads.

Specific tasks include:

* Managing a team across the Group over multiple geographies & time zones
* Developing and motivating the team to ensure the delivery of targets and building relevant succession plans
* Providing effective leadership to drive change, innovation, and growth aligned with department and divisional goals
* Taking accountability for the delivery of business-focused projects/deliverables to defined targets
* Leading the success of the Transformation function and resources
* Designing and implementing strategic approaches to managing change within Remote Service Operations
* Leading change management activities within a structured and governed framework
* Developing and maintaining a portfolio of change initiatives including new business transitions, take-ons, transformation, and operational & tooling efficiency projects
* Developing project management methodology and governance structures applicable across multiple projects
* Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to meet project requirements
* Assessing and developing business cases, requirements, deliverables, success criteria, ROI, and investment approval
* Ensuring projects are staffed with appropriate resources with necessary skills and experience
* Aligning with existing frameworks and securing resource requirements across all relevant groups
* Evaluating change impact and organizational readiness to mitigate risks
* Supporting the organization in preparing for and adopting change
* Evaluating change risks and providing guidelines to minimize impact
* Assessing resistance to change at user, process, and technology levels
* Authorizing minor change requests and coordinating with the Change Advisory Board for higher-risk changes
* Conducting post-implementation reviews to evaluate decisions, performance, and benefits realization

What you’ll need

* Previous leadership experience
* Experience managing cross-cultural teams
* Progressively responsible roles in project or program management
* Proven leadership in managing change professionals
* Ability to develop and implement project and program processes and procedures
* Expertise in multiple project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and tools (MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, etc.), with relevant certifications (PMP, Prince, etc.)
* Extensive experience managing project budgets
* Strong understanding of organizational change management principles
* An MBA or other advanced degree
* Experience working in a global organization
* Knowledge of enterprise-level project and program management
* Thorough knowledge of the ITIL framework
