Director of Building Regulations Location: South East / Remote (Remote based with South East project involvement) Salary: Circa £100,000 attractive benefits regular bonuses About the Role We are proud to be working with an ambitious and fast-growing consultancy to appoint a Director of Building Regulations. This is a key leadership position within the business, offering the opportunity to take full ownership of their Building Regulations service and play a pivotal role in shaping its future direction. The consultancy has established an excellent reputation in Building Regulations and Principal Designer services and now seeks a proven leader to drive further growth. You will have the full support of the Owner and an experienced Level 3H & 4 RBI Technical Director, with significant autonomy to make strategic decisions. Key Responsibilities • Lead and develop the Building Regulations Consulting team (whilst working collaboratively with the CDM side of the business). • Shape strategic direction and deliver sustainable growth for the service. • Manage and support key client relationships across high-profile projects. • Oversee compliance with Building Safety Act requirements and industry standards. • Collaborate with internal specialists to deliver expert-led Principal Designer Consultancy services.
