Overview
Join to apply for the Caretaker role at Equans UK & Ireland in Wath Academy, Sandygate, Wath upon Dearne, Rotherham S63 7NW. This is a permanent, full-time position (40 hours per week) with a salary of £26,436.80 per annum and a benefits package.
Shift pattern: Any 8 hours between 6:00am and 22:00pm, Monday to Friday. Occasional overtime may be required to deliver contracted services.
Responsibilities
* Be a key holder and manage general site operations
* Litter picking and maintenance of the site, both internal and external
* Perform planned and reactive building maintenance
* Prepare external areas for seasonal changes
* Porterage, security, and reception duties
* Act as the primary link between EQUANS and the school
Note: This role may include additional duties as required to meet contractual obligations.

Who we’re looking for
* Full UK Driving Licence – Essential
* Experience in a trade or similar role – Essential
* Excellent customer service skills – Essential
* Ability to prioritise and work independently – Essential
* Able to use own initiative – Essential
* Health & Safety experience (manual handling and working at height) – Desirable
* Understanding of COSHH guidelines and colour coding – Desirable
