We serve as an extension to our clients brand ensuring that every call or interaction is handled with the utmost care. From answering enquiries and taking messages to scheduling appointments and providing support, Memo's versatile services go beyond the standard automated response to deliver personalised solutions.
CANDIDATE
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our growth at Memo.
Our ideal candidate is self-driven and growth-oriented and will have the ability to scale Memo's operation and expand the offering of our unique service throughout NI, expanding to ROI and the UK. Memo has agreed an aggressive advertising and resources budget therefore experience in collaborating with a small marketing team, and growth through various advertising outlets such as Radio, TV, Online and social media is essential. Similar industry experience in sales and direct interaction with potential clients is preferable but not essential.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage the full sales cycle from initial discovery to closing deals.
* Outbound prospecting through phone, email, social media and LinkedIn.
* Qualification - Determining if a prospect is a good fit for the service.
* Conduct sales meetings face to face and virtually, utilising available marketing resources.
* Work closely with a shared marketing department to create relevant content to support sales process.
* Negotiate commercial terms and deliver profitable growth.
* Identify new project and market opportunities.
* Actively utilise the company CRM tool for planning and forecasting for sales growth and maintaining updated customer files and profiles.
* Establish strategies within the assigned area to convert sales leads to new business.
* Meet and exceed MEMO quarterly and annual sales targets.

* Demonstrated success in securing new business and creating new revenue streams.
* A Commercially focused entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition and drive to accelerate revenue performance.
* Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer focused.
* Strong and effective communication skills including presentation, networking, and negotiating.
* Proven time management skills with the ability to handle multiple clients, timelines, and deadlines.
* Ability to strategically plan and execute.
* Microsoft Office proficiency.
* Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel.
