Customer Service Advisor - Immediate Start Available!
* Location: Liverpool (L24 8RF)
* Pay: £14.75 per hour
* Contract Type: Temporary ongoing PAYE contract (minimum 6 months, with potential to extend)
* Hours: 35 hours per week | Monday to Friday | Shifts between 8am - 6pm

We're looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join a friendly and supportive team in Liverpool, delivering high-quality housing and telecare services to customers through multiple channels.
Responsibilities
* Handle service enquiries via phone, text, email, and web
* Provide accurate advice and solutions with empathy and professionalism
* Process repairs, maintenance, and housing-related requests
* Manage sensitive issues, including ASB reports and emergencies
* Support elderly and vulnerable residents to maintain independence
What We're Looking For
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
* A proactive, solution-focused approach
* Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
* Previous customer service experience (desirable but not essential)
* Ability to remain calm under pressure and prioritise tasks effectively
