We're looking for a strong 2nd Line Support analyst with a solid understanding of multiple IT technology domains (hardware, virtualization, networks, applications) You'll be providing onside support so will need the ability to communicate complex technical information to stakeholders with varying technical backgrounds Day Rate: £200 - 225 Inside IR35 Location: Holborn (5 days a week onsite) Duration: Until the end of August 25' Key Responsibilies: Ensure the end user compute estate is maintained to the required level Report on the performance of the desktop environment, recommending solutions for business requirements and promoting the continuous improvement of the function Work together with Service and Infrastructure colleagues to prioritise multiple work streams and own the resource planning schedule for the Desktop Support team Support Desktop and MDM Patching initiatives Engaging with end users around device compliance Supporting VIP Users at key critical offices for Hardware and software-based issues Ideally you'lll have: Knowledge of hardware and software components utilized in an enterprise-wide organization. Proficiency in relating complex technical situations to non-technical customers. Ability to prioritize workload and consistently meet deadlines.. Experience with ITSM tooling, preferably Ivanti. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Working knowledge of system development life cycle concepts. Highly skilled with using Microsoft products. Proven understanding of ITIL standards, ideally with foundation-level certification or above. Strong knowledge of a broad range of technologies, including Windows deployments, Apple Mac, MS Intune and MDM.
