Already £250+ million turnover business who are growing market share by expanding their product ranges and launching new partnerships.Role ResponsibilitiesContribute to the UX strategy by examining user behaviour and site performance to deliver clear insights and recommendations for A/B and multivariate testing.Support in planning, running, and evaluating experiments, including A/B and multivariate tests.Keep informed on CRO best practices, and user behaviour insightsWork closely with UX, Design, and Development teams to bring test concepts to life.Leverage analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, and similar tools to identify areas to improve conversion.Assist in building and updating dashboards, as well as producing regular reports on key conversion indicators.About YouExperienced digital analytics, UX, and making decisions backed by data. Ideally within an D2C Digital environment.Ideally have knowledge of CMS platforms and basic HTML.Experience with tools like Google Analytics and Excel, ideally have experience in SQL or other data tools.Analytically minded as well as creative – a natural balance.Skilled at communicating insights in a clear and accessible way.Proactive, motivated, and excited to develop in a fast-moving environment.
