Job Title: Children’s Residential Support Worker

Location: Red Lake House - Telford
Compensation: £33,357 - £33,980 / year (including 10 sleep shifts per month paid at £60 per sleep and an hourly rate of £12.60 to £12.90 per hour)
Hours: 173 hours per month – shift pattern 2 days on, 4 days off with sleep‑ins; 365 days a year service, rotations given in advance.

Our beautiful home in Telford offers a nurturing and therapeutic environment for our young people. Our team supports them with all of their domestic needs and socialisation skills while learning new things and experiencing fun activities and excursions together. We can offer educational places in our schools where our young people can engage in a more personalised education plan to help them turn the curve and reach their full potential.
Essential Requirements
* A full driving licence issued in the UK
* Full right to work in the UK with no restrictions
* Values in line with Esland’s therapeutic, person-centred approach to childcare
* Age 21 or above (due to industry regulations)
* Previous childcare or support worker experience is advantageous but not essential
