Job Description
We’re working with a leading media and entertainment brand looking for a talented Junior/Midweight Advertising Creative to support major social-first campaigns across multiple projects.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative thinker with strong platform-native experience across TikTok, Meta Reels, YouTube Shorts and emerging digital formats. You’ll join a collaborative creative environment delivering engaging campaigns across TV, broadband, entertainment and streaming products.
What you’ll be doing:
* Developing social-first creative concepts and campaign ideas
* Creating platform-native content for TikTok, Meta, YouTube Shorts and other emerging channels
* Producing scripts, treatments and storyboard ideas for short-form content
* Working closely with Creative Directors, Designers, Strategists and Producers
* Bringing cultural trends and audience behaviours into creative development
* Supporting campaigns across social, digital and OOH creative
What we’re looking for:
* Strong portfolio of social-first campaign work
* Experience creating content for major social platforms
* Strong conceptual and creative thinking skills
* Understanding of social media trends, behaviours and marketing techniques
* Experience across short-form video and platform-specific creative assets
* Confident communicator with collaborative working style
Nice to have:
* Editing or motion graphics experience
* Basic After Effects skills
* Diverse portfolio across branding, sport, TV, product or entertainment campaigns
* Understanding of how AI tools can support creative ideation and presentation
This is a hybrid role based in West London with 3 onsite days per week (Monday, Tuesday and Thursday), operating INSIDE IR35.
