Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Regional Sales Manager, based in the Northeast Area with some work-from-home flexibility. The Regional Sales Manager will oversee and grow regional sales operations by nurturing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and meeting sales goals. This individual will collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies, manage accounts, provide professional customer service, and ensure client satisfaction. Regular travel within the region may be required to engage with clients and assess market opportunities.
Qualifications
* Proven track record in sales strategy, client acquisition, and achieving targets
* Proficiency in account management and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
* Strong leadership, team collaboration, and organizational abilities
* Analytical skills to monitor market trends and adapt strategies
* Ability to work both independently and within a hybrid working environment
* Experience in the electrical distribution or related industries is an advantage
* Possession of a valid driver’s license with a willingness to travel regionally
