Production Operative Temp to Perm
Were hiring! Join a busy, well-established manufacturing site as a hands-on Production Operative. This is a Temp to Perm opportunity, perfect for someone reliable, physically fit, and eager to learn new skills in a supportive team environment.
Location: Rural site (must have your own transport due to limited public access)
What Youll Be Doing:
* Labelling, sampling, and decanting liquids into containers
* Mixing solutions as part of a key production process
* Safely moving large drums (up to 200kg using safe manual techniques)
* Manual lifting of containers up to 30kg
* Performing basic quality and quantity checks
* Inputting stock data into the system (basic computer use)
* Rotating between departments depending on workflow
* Following all Health & Safety guidelines at all times
What Were Looking For:
1. Must be able to drive site is not accessible by public transport
2. Physically fit and confident with manual lifting
3. Basic maths, English, and computer literacy
4. Comfortable working with fumes (not suitable for candidates with Asthma)
