The Battery Technician EV Teardown is responsible to provide a safe, proper, and complete teardown of electrical vehicle batteries for further processing on the Lithium Line.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Ensures health and safety is the number one goal by following warehouse safety procedures and processes.
* Daily set up of equipment
* Daily inspections of electrical tools and PPETeardown electrical vehicle batteries for processing according to SOPsSort battery components into correct storage containers
* Properly label containers for storage and shipment
* Comply with all environmental, health and safety regulations.
* All other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
* Frequently lift 10-40 pounds individually, and over 40 pounds with a team member.
* Forklift experience.
* Basic electrical experience
* Ability to operate.
* Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
* Attention to detail.
* Teamwork and communication skills
EDUCATION AND TRAINING REQUIREMENTS
* High School Diploma or GED
