We’re known for quality, creativity and for helping modern beverage brands grow, backed by deep expertise in eCommerce and strong relationships across retail, wholesale and on-trade (including Master of Malt Trade).
Now, we’re looking for a Trade Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team and play a pivotal role in shaping how our brands win in the market.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll be the main point of contact for a portfolio of agency brand partners, developing and delivering trade marketing and sales execution strategies across retail, wholesale, eCommerce and on-trade channels.
You’ll plan, forecast and implement impactful marketing programmes that drive awareness, trial and sales – while ensuring flawless execution both online and in store.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Developing channel-specific trade marketing and sales execution strategies
2. Planning and forecasting sales projections linked to marketing activity
3. Managing brand marketing budgets to deliver against commercial targets
4. Creating compelling sales tools to support our sales teams
5. Delivering best-in-class digital, in-store and on-shelf execution
6. Running online campaigns to boost visibility, reviews and search rankings
7. Analysing ROI, performance data, competitor activity and market trends
8. Supporting retail partner activations and events
What We’re Looking For
9. Proven experience as a Trade Marketing Manager, ideally within FMCG
10. Strong understanding of eCommerce and digital marketing
11. Commercially minded, with a track record of driving sales through marketing
12. Highly organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple projects
13. Confident communicator who enjoys working cross-functionally
14. Category experience in premium or craft spirits is a bonus
15. WSET qualification (Higher Level) desirable
