Location: Botanic Avenue, Belfast - Hybrid (2 days in office)
Contract: 40 hours per week, permanent
Salary: £32,000 - £35,000
We're looking for someone who can connect content to commercial goals and do it in an unmistakably Boojum way. You'll concept, capture, and edit content that keeps our audience hungry. This isn't strictly an on-screen role, but if you've got Main Character Energy and want to be the face of the feed, we're here for it.
Prefer life behind the lens? That works too, as long as the content hits the spot. This role offers the opportunity for the right candidate to take the reigns of Boojum's socials, get hands on experience delivering national campaigns, and apply their stamp on an industry leading brand with serious cultural resonance.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Ownership of Boojum social content strategy, including the planning, creation and execution of content that will resonate with the Boojum audience
* Management of video production partner to ensure a pipeline of quality content
* Regular social media reporting to inform content optimisations
* Content creator outreach & management to support marketing campaigns
* Support the Marketing Manager in the implementation of the marketing plan
* Key contributor to all marketing campaigns from development through to roll out
* Assist in the execution of brand CRM activity, including campaign and automated journeys
* Brief and work closely with the Brand Designer to develop creative campaign, promotional and brand assets
* Liaising with internal departments/stakeholders to ensure communications and marketing assets are accurate, on-brand and delivered to agreed timelines
* Manage the curation and distribution of quarterly internal newsletter
* Copywriting & proofreading of print and digital marketing material
* Keep abreast of new social media, marketing technologies and digital marketing trends
* Manage trackers, timelines, and documentation to keep projects running smoothly

Essential Criteria:
* Demonstrable personal or brand content portfolio
* Minimum 3 years experience working in a marketing/content role
* Experience developing and implementing campaigns
* Experience in social media marketing incl. content development
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to prioritise workload and solve problems
* Strong organisational skills
Desirable Criteria:
* 3rd level degree in Marketing or related subject
* Marketing experience working within a hospitality/retail brand
* Knowledge/experience in management of paid digital media
