A brand new and interesting IP Transactions Paralegal vacancy working for one of the largest IP firms in the UK.
Role Overview
Support the management and administration of intellectual property (IP) rights across multiple jurisdictions. Key tasks include recording ownership changes, drafting and filing documentation, coordinating with overseas agents, and maintaining accurate IP records. The role also involves legal research, assisting with IP agreements and due diligence, and supporting restoration and correction of IP rights.
Key Responsibilities
* Record changes to IP ownership and related rights in the UK and internationally.
* Draft and review assignments, consents, and supporting legal documents.
* Liaise with local attorneys and monitor international filings.
* Support IP register corrections, licensing, and due diligence.
* Prepare evidence and arguments for IP restorations.
Skills & Experience
* Degree-level education (law preferred) or significant IP experience.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to manage deadlines and prioritise effectively.
* Proactive, organised, and able to work independently.
