Care Assistant / Home Care Worker
£12.75–£13.25 per hour + Paid Travel Time + Mileage + Bonuses
Potters Bar, Cheshunt, Cuffley, Goffs Oak & nearby areas
Full-time & Part-time | Morning & Evening shifts available (7am–3pm / 4pm–10pm)

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll support clients in their own homes, helping them stay independent, safe and connected. Your role will include:
* Personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
* Medication support and safe mobility assistance
* Companionship and meaningful conversation
* Meal preparation, shopping and light household tasks
* Dementia and complex needs support
* Accompanying clients to appointments or social activities
No rushed 15-minute visits – we focus on quality care and real relationships.

What We’re Looking For
* No Previous experience is necessary (Full / Paid Training Provided)
* Confidence with personal care, moving & handling and medication support
* Full UK driving licence & own vehicle (essential)
* Good spoken and written English
* Willing to complete an Enhanced DBS check
