Customer Service & Warehouse Assistant Location: Havant, Hampshire Salary: Circa £25,000 per annum Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday Friday, 8:00am 4:30pm) Contract: Permanent, Full-time A growing premium retail and e-commerce business is seeking a Customer Service & Warehouse Assistant to join its operations team in Havant. This role would suit someone looking to develop their career who is looking for a stable, hands-on position within a fast-moving retail environment. Youll support both customer service and warehouse/dispatch operations, ensuring customer orders are processed accurately, stock is handled efficiently, and service standards remain high. What Youll Be Doing Customer Service Responding to customer enquiries via email, live chat and telephone Supporting customers with orders, deliveries, returns and basic product queries Processing returns and refunds in line with company procedures Delivering a friendly, professional and helpful customer experience (Full training provided) Warehouse & Dispatch Picking, packing and dispatching daily customer orders Receiving deliveries and booking stock into the system Processing returned goods (folding, re-tagging and re-stocking) Keeping the warehouse and dispatch area organised and tidy Supporting general warehouse and stock-related tasks About You 1-2years experience in a retail, customer service, warehouse or e-commerce environment Organised, reliable and happy to be hands-on Comfortable working in a small team and a fast-paced environment Confident using basic computer systems (Excel / WMS experience beneficial but not essential) Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop Whats on Offer Salary circa £25,000 (dependent on experience) Full training and support A permanent role with clear day-to-day structure Opportunity to develop skills across both customer service and operations
