The role:
The role of General Manager is to deliver a compliant, customer focussed operation where exceptional customer service and guest experience is at the heart of everything you do. You will be responsible for building relationships with the local community and developing an innovative events calendar that engages stakeholders.
Required skills:
Previous management experience within workspace operations.
Financial acumen and budget management.
Experience in leading projects on time to deliver outstanding client experiences.
High level of commercial acumen
Excellent account management skills
A proactive problem solver, who can think quickly and make decisions when problems arise.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate with a range of stakeholders.
The package:
