This is an exciting opportunity to join Agincare UK as a Care Assistant in Hereford. You will be responsible for providing compassionate and high-quality care to clients in their own homes, helping them with daily routines and personal care. No previous experience is required as Agincare will provide comprehensive training to help you succeed in this rewarding role.
Job Responsibilities
As a Care Assistant at Agincare UK you will:
* Assist clients with daily routines and personal care.
* Provide companionship and conversation, including sharing a cup of tea.
* Ensure clients live with dignity and joy in their own homes.
* Work flexible hours and alternate weekends as required.
* Maintain a professional and positive team working ethos.
* Adhere to Safeguarding and CQC regulations.
About You
You don't need previous experience or qualifications, just a passion for caring and a desire to make a difference.

* Minimum of 12 months on your right to work in the UK; cannot offer sponsorship.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Alternating weekends required.
