Senior Quantity Surveyor - Drylining / SFS\n\nOldham / Manchester (Hybrid) - £55,000 - £65,000 + £5,000 car allowance + package\n\nA well-established specialist subcontractor within the drylining and SFS sector is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its commercial team.\n\nThis role will take responsibility for the commercial management of multiple live projects, acting as commercial lead on larger drylining packages and supporting both pre-construction and delivery teams.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nCommercial management of drylining and SFS packages\n\nManage multiple live projects from procurement to final account\n\nLine management of QS and Assistant QS staff\n\nMonthly valuations, cost reporting and CVRs\n\nManagement of variations, claims and final accounts\n\nLabour-only subcontractor payment oversight\n\nSubcontractor procurement and cost control\n\nIdentify and manage commercial risk and opportunity\n\nClient liaison and contractual correspondence\n\nAbout You\n\nMinimum 5 years' QS experience within construction\n\nBackground with a specialist subcontractor\n\nExperience in drylining and/or SFS\n\nStrong commercial and contractual knowledge\n\nExcellent...
