Are you looking for a role where you will be involved in high-profile projects for some of the UK's leading grocery supermarkets & DIY chains? We have Team Manager opportunities where you will work on New Stores, Refits, Range Reviews, and Store Support Projects. You will work in a fast-paced environment, making quick decisions and leading teams to merchandise stock to a high standard.
The Role
1. A typical week consists of 4-5 shifts from Sunday to Thursday.
2. You will lead and support a team of merchandisers and replenishers to carry out client-required tasks.
3. Communicate progress and project completion to management.
4. Conduct health and safety inductions and checks.
5. Shift lengths are generally 12 hours, including days and nights (primarily nights). Shifts are scheduled via our Field Power platform accessible on your smartphone, where you can set your availability and accept shifts.
6. You will clock in and out using your smartphone via our RAS Dashboard.
7. Work will be on various retail sites/stores, with travel varying per shift.
8. You will be responsible for:
9. Removing and replacing stock using client plans and systems.
10. Adjusting shelf heights.
11. Moving stock from warehouse to shop floor using roll cages and pallet trucks.
12. Travel may be required when local work is unavailable; accommodation is provided if staying away.
13. Make decisions and prioritize tasks effectively.
14. Previous experience in Merchandising, Retail Supervision, or managing people is required.
15. Methodical approach and keen attention to detail.
16. Manual handling and heavy lifting involved.
17. Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
18. Ability to work unsociable hours, including early mornings and nights when needed. Applicants must be 18+.
