As Office Administrator, you will be the face of Fruition Group and Enablis. Your role will play a pivotal part in the smooth running of the operations function and will be the first point of contact for all visitors. You will support with business-as-usual tasks, however there will also be additional ad hoc tasks to complete where required.

This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive contribution to our business and ensure all visitors feel welcomed into our office space. Develop your skills and gain experience in other operational tasks, where required. You will be communicating with clients, candidates and other third parties through both written and verbal communication and you will also liaise with all colleagues around the business.

Key Responsibilities

* Maintain front of house and upkeep of information boards.
* Manage the reception area, including welcoming clients and guests and answering calls.
* Manage company correspondence, including phone calls, emails, letters and packages.
* Organise and maintain meeting rooms, including management of bookings, setting up equipment, arranging lunch etc.
* Travel to Manchester once per month to manage upkeep of the Manchester office.
* Process all permanent and contract placements for Fruition, including production of accompanying paperwork.
* Support with arranging and overseeing companywide events & celebrations and external events.
* Track staff incentives and share regular updates across the team.
* Monitor inventory of office supplies, including stationery and multimedia equipment to ensure smooth office operations.
* Oversee HR administrative tasks with guidance from the People Ops Lead, including onboarding support for new employees, probation and contract changes.
* Assist with the set-up and maintenance of equipment for new starters and existing employees.
* Perform data entry roles, including updating records and databases for personnel, financial and legal information.
* Manage document and data compliance from Fruition Group (and offer support to Enablis when required) including highlighting discrepancies and expiring documents.
* Use a variety of software packages (including Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint) to manage data and produce documents and presentations.
* Process all reference requests, inbound and outbound.
* Collate information to support with the execution of projects across both businesses, including the implementation of new systems, processes, tenders, bids, and audits.
* Support the Enablis administrator with production of SoWs, compliance tracking and associate communications.
* Provide adhoc administrative support to both businesses when required including production of presentations, reports etc.

* Proactive and independent thinker.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Accountable for own work load and ability to multitask.
* Microsoft Office experience.
* Collaborative and willing to support wider Operations team when required.
