Freelance Assistant Site Manager - New Build Housing Location: Liverpool We are looking for a proactive and driven Assistant Site Manager to join our team on residential new build housing developments across Liverpool and the surrounding areas. The Role Reporting to the Site Manager, you will assist in the day-to-day running of a busy new build housing site, helping to ensure plots are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Key Responsibilities Support the Site Manager with daily site operations Supervise subcontractors and trades on site Monitor progress against the build programme Ensure health & safety regulations are strictly followed Carry out quality inspections and snagging Assist with plot handovers and customer care Maintain accurate site records and documentation Help coordinate materials deliveries and site logistics Requirements Experience within the new build housing sector (Assistant Site Manager, Finishing Foreman, or similar role) Knowledge of NHBC standards and UK building regulations Valid SMSTS or SSSTS CSCS card (appropriate level) First Aid at Work certification Strong organisational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain quality standards If you are an ambitious construction professional looking to develop your career within new build housing in Liverpool, we would love to hear from you.
