About the role: Edstaff are working in partnership with a Specialist provisions school in the Ormskirk area which caters for pupils aged between 5-11 years with Social, Emotional, Mental Health (SEMH) and behavioural needs. We are seeking a Full-time and Part-time staff member who are dedicated, passionate, and enthusiastic about working in SEMH and Additional needs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to make a positive impact on students’ wellbeing and education. You will be working closely with pupils who require additional support with emotional regulation, behaviour, and engagement within the classroom. This is a relationship-led role, ideal for someone who can remain calm, consistent, and patient at all times as well as always being proactive, resilient, and personable.
