Job Description: We are seeking a ServiceNow Solution/Presales Consultant to support our growth in the UK&I market. The role involves leading scoping, design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, working closely with various teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead technical delivery of ServiceNow projects
* Define technical solutions and provide architectural guidance
* Mentor junior architects and development teams
* Deliver solution demonstrations and technical integrations
* Support sales activities including meetings, demos, and RFI/RFP responses
* Advise clients and internal teams on ServiceNow applications
* Resolve complex technical issues and contribute to knowledge growth
* Build relationships within the client and DXC teams
* Contribute to ServiceNow product roadmap and ensure standards compliance
Minimum Requirements:
* Proven experience in consulting and technical delivery on ServiceNow
* Certified ServiceNow System Administrator and Implementation Specialist
* Experience with integrations and complex client environments
* Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to work remotely and travel as needed
