Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the SME mechanical team to deliver complex energy-saving and cooling projects.
* Support digital-twin modeling projects from initial concept through to final delivery.
* Manage software-led cooling optimization and provide technical R&D support for the business.
* Oversee feasibility surveys, risk assessments, and value engineering for high-value client tenders.
Requirements
* 5+ years of industrial design experience with a focus on Liquid Cooling or HVAC systems.
* Formal degree in Mechanical Engineering, ideally with a specialized focus on Thermodynamics.
* Proven ability to manage technical teams and coordinate multi-disciplinary project tenders.
* A proactive mindset interested in bridging mechanical design with IoT and software development.
