Employment Solicitor (NQ+ / Experienced Solicitors Welcome)
Location: Leeds City Centre / Hybrid

A nationally recognised and claimant-focused law firm is seeking both Newly Qualified and Experienced Employment Solicitors to join its highly regarded Employment Rights team based in Leeds city centre.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected and supportive team handling a varied caseload of employment matters on behalf of trade union members, professional associations, and private clients.
The Role
You will manage your own employment law caseload, advising clients on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious matters from initial instruction through to tribunal and court proceedings.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing a varied caseload of employment law matters
* Advising clients on employment disputes and industrial relations issues
* Representing clients in Employment Tribunal proceedings where appropriate
* Drafting legal documentation, pleadings, and correspondence
* Providing clear, practical, and client-focused legal advice
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Supporting business development and marketing initiatives
* Contributing written content for online and offline publications
* Maintaining compliance with regulatory and internal procedures
Caseload May Include
* Unfair dismissal
* Discrimination claims
* Whistleblowing matters
* Redundancy and settlement agreements
* Industrial relations disputes
* Employment Tribunal litigation
Requirements
* Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales)
* Applications welcomed from NQ solicitors and experienced employment solicitors
* Previous experience within employment law
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Excellent client-care and relationship management abilities
* Strong drafting and organisational skills
* Ability xsngvjr to manage workload effectively and work collaboratively within a team
* Commercial awareness and a proactive approach
