We are currently working with a fantastic firm who are looking to hire a Solicitor to join their Private Client team. This is a great opportunity for a talented, friendly, and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about providing bespoke, high-quality legal advice to a variety of clients.

Typical duties would include:
* Providing bespoke estate planning advice to mid to high-net-worth clients.
* Preparing complex Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
* Administering taxable and non-taxable estates.
* Preparing Trust documentation and advising trustees on their duties and obligations.
* Providing business succession planning to sole traders, partners, and shareholders.
* Supporting and advising other team members on complex matters, particularly trusts and taxation.
