We are currently looking for part-time permanent (up to 30 hours per week) Support Workers to support adults with learning disabilities and autism in a supported living environment.

Compensation: £13.64 / hour
Responsibilities
* As a Support Worker, you'll play a crucial role in understanding and supporting the individuals you work with. This includes providing both emotional and practical support to help them live their lives their way.
* No experience is required; just a commitment to empower people to achieve independence and develop life skills.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* Social Care experience is not necessary, but it is desirable.
* A commitment to empowering people.
* Ability to work closely with families and outside agencies.
* Ability to take responsibility and remain calm in difficult situations.
* Willing to work weekdays, weekends, evenings, bank holidays, and sleep-ins.
* Must have a full UK Manual driving license.
