Who are we looking for? We welcome applications from anyone who has:
* Experience working with children in any capacity (schools, nurseries, youth work, coaching, care settings, etc.)
* Or a relevant qualification related to working with children
Most importantly, we're looking for people who are:
* Passionate about supporting children's development
* Reliable, positive, and approachable
* Comfortable working as part of a team and adapting to different school settings
The roles Our Teaching Assistant roles can vary, which keeps things interesting, but may include:
* Supporting pupils in the classroom on a 1:1 or small group basis
* Assisting the class teacher with day-to-day activities
* Helping to create a positive, engaging learning environment
* Supporting children with additional needs where required
