We’re working in partnership with a leading non-profit organisation to recruit a Digital Innovation Project Manager to join their Technology Directorate. This is a unique opportunity to lead one of the organisation’s most ambitious and high-impact digital projects, aligned with their 2025/26 Organisational Strategy.
Your new role
Reporting to the Head of Digital Innovation, you’ll take ownership of a trailblazing AI implementation project designed to free up frontline staff to focus more on direct support. You’ll join the project post-discovery phase and be responsible for shaping and delivering a robust project plan, from supplier selection through to live pilot and evaluation.You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across technical and operational teams, providing high-level project management, coordination, and support. This role will also involve process mapping, procurement, and change management activities, all while championing a culture of digital innovation across the organisation.
What you'll need to succeed
We’re looking for someone who is:
1. Experienced in managingplex digital transformation projects, ideally within multi-site organisations.
2. Skilled in stakeholder engagement, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
3. Proficient in project management methodologies and tools, with a strong understanding of risk management,ernance, and digital service improvement.
4. Confident using Office 365 tools including SharePoint, Power Automate, and Power BI.
5. Passionate about inclusive technology and continuous learning, with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
Essential criteria include:
6. Proven project management experience, ideally with exposure to AI or digital innovation.
7. Strong organisational andmunication skills.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. Willingness to travel across sites
Desirable qualifications and experience:
10. ITIL or Six Sigma certification.
11. Experience in digital product coaching, UX research, or business analysis.
12. Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in service delivery.
