Job Title: Hotel night shift leader

Responsibilities
Maintain excellent standards of customer service at all times, with particular attention to all aspects of fire safety. Ensure the delivery of CQSMA standards – cleanliness, quality, service, maintenance and atmosphere. Run the hotel overnight safely, handling reservations and enquiries. Complete hourly security checks and manage evacuation during emergencies. Keep the duty manager logbook accurate, reporting all accidents and incidents. Adhere fully to licensing law, trading standards, customs and excise regulations, food hygiene, and health and fire safety.
Qualifications
Professional appearance with good conversational English and a strong customer service focus. Excellent communication skills at all levels and self‑motivation with enthusiasm. Ability to handle pressure and emergencies/conflict situations confidently. Must be over 18; those under 18 may apply for kitchen or floor staff positions. Fixed place of residence nearby the pub and proof of right to work in the UK required.
