The Role
We are seeking a Process Engineer to join our Daresbury office as part of ourprocess engineering team. This role is well suited to a graduate or developing engineer looking to build hands ‑ on experience across a wide range of UK ‑ baseddesignengineering projects within a high ‑ performing consultancy environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
– Produceprocess calculations, data sheets, and equipment specifications
– Develop PFDs, P&IDsand cause & effect diagrams
– Support the preparation of process philosophies, reports, and schedules
–Assist with plant troubleshooting andsite-basedinvestigations
– Liaisewith vendors and suppliers to assist with technical queries
– Support HAZOP/HAZID preparation and participation
Experience & Qualifications
* Degree in Chemical Engineering
* Strong technical foundation and willingness to develop professionally
* Familiarity with process design tools and industry regulations
* Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to learning
* Strong communicationand teamwork skills
* Passion for delivering safe, fit for purpose,accuratedesign, completed to cost and programme.
* Exposureto work in a multi-discipline team
* Demonstrable experience working on site at a processplant and or manufacturing plant.
