Job Title: Teaching Assistant – SEMH / Challenging Behaviour Pay rate: £98.00 per day Location: Kings Norton Hours: Full-time | Immediate Start Smart Education is currently recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to work within a specialist setting in the Kings Norton area. The setting supports pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, many of whom may display challenging behaviour and require consistent, structured support to engage in learning. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who has experience working in schools, PRUs, Alternative Provision or children’s residential settings, and is confident supporting pupils with behavioural needs.
