Hybrid Working: 3 days in Windsor office, 2 days from home

We're looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Administrator to join our team in Windsor. If you have a passion for numbers, problem-solving, and supporting meaningful work that truly makes a difference — we want to hear from you!
🔍 What You’ll Be Doing
Processing and coding high volumes of invoices and payments for multiple entities
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records
Reconciling supplier statements and resolving invoice discrepancies
Supporting weekly payment runs and processing bank cashbooks
Liaising with suppliers and internal teams to build strong working relationships
Managing petty cash and debit card returns
✅ What We’re Looking For
At least 2 years of experience in an Accounts Payable role
Ideally, experience in a multi-site or healthcare business environment
Strong understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles
Proficient in MS Excel; experience with Sage 200 is a plus
Friendly, enthusiastic, and highly attentive to detail
Fluent in English
Eligible to work in the UK and pass a DBS check
