Our client is one of the largest housing associations in the South of England and they are currently looking for a technically skilled and customer-focused Roofing Contract Manager to lead the delivery of a £1 million programme of replacement roof coverings and associated works across their housing stock. As Roofing Contract Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing both planned and responsive roofing works, ensuring quality, safety, and value for money. You’ll oversee successful contractor delivery, undertake feasibility assessments, validate scopes of work, and produce clear, insightful reports to support decision-making and programme delivery.
