Blue Legal are partnering with a leading international law firm who are recruiting for a Pitching Systems Manager to join their London office. The role leads the development, optimisation and governance of the firm’s pitching systems and data processes, ensuring they are embedded, efficient and continuously improved.
The Responsibilities:
* Acts as Business Asset Owner for Foundation and QorusDocs, leading system vision, alignment with firm strategy, and oversight of service enhancements and integrations (e.g., FPMS, CV module, external website).
* Champions the Pitching Centre of Excellence across Business Development (BD), Compliance, IT, Finance, and other internal teams, driving system adoption, innovation, and collaboration globally.
* Ensures accuracy, usability, and integrity of data across credentials systems, pitch content libraries, and directories, enabling effective pitch delivery and content reuse.
* Leads user interface management, workflow design, and vendor relationships to optimise system performance, connectivity, and overall user experience.
* Develops and delivers training and communication to embed best practices, promote adoption, and support change management across the firm’s global offices.
* Oversees global support operations including incident management, user provisioning, system synchronisation, and service desk queue management (e.g., ServiceNow).
* Manages firmwide directories and awards processes, ensuring accurate information flow into pitching systems and leveraging this content effectively.
* Drives improvements in credentials and pitch data processes, maintains process documentation, and provides regular reporting and insights to senior stakeholders.
The Candidate:
* Strong background in data processes, system optimisation, database management, and infrastructure, with proven project management skills to deliver system improvements on time and within scope.
* Effective at building relationships across all levels, including IT teams, vendors, and global stakeholders, with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
* Skilled in training, coaching, and supporting users to adopt new systems and processes
