Job Description
RGIS Inventory Specialists is one of the UK leaders in Retail Services
We are looking for energetic, go-getter Retails Merchandising Team Leaders to join our team!
We conduct Merchandising activities all over the UK. We have a range of retail brands that we service, these include Sainsbury’s, Tesco, Morrison’s, Home Bargains and many more.
What we need from youas a Retail Merchandising Team Leader:
1. Team player, enthusiastic and energetic.
2. Experience in a similar position
3. Due to the nature of our work, you must be able to work unsociable hours including early mornings and during the night. Shift length will range from 10 -12 hours.
4. Ability to work within a team and to use your own initiative .
5. Be able to lead a small team and liaise with the customer project manager
Requirements
6. Responsible for the team deployed at the store.
7. Main point of contact with the store team and should channel all communication effectively.
8. Should ensure that all members of the team adhere to the policies and guidelines.
9. Will conduct any required audits.
10. Will be responsible for delivering the agreed KPIs.
11. Must have full driving licence and own vehicle with class 1 business insurance
Full training will be provided.
