We are looking for a computer hardware sales manager, router and network
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and implementing a commercial strategy for the product portfolio and executing this throughout their nominated account base. They will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive business, while constantly striving to maximise brand mindshare.
§ Work closely with UKI sales and marketing resource; coordinate partner activity with internal strategy to ensure shared success.
§ Establish, develop, and maintain a highly effective business relationship with your nominated partner base, working closely with them to ensure customer success with
§ Develop and implement business plans with key partners, ensuring said plans align with internal sales & marketing activity.
§ Create and analyse sales/ stock reports, dashboards and market data tools to identify opportunities as well as issues contributing to success or shortcomings and take any corrective action.
§ Ensure activity rate in line with company expectations (e.g. customer visits etc.)
§ Contribute to price benchmarking and provide a timely, comprehensive and accurate weekly forecast.
§ Support and leverage other channel efforts, marketing, product launches and product promotions.
§ Aid in the development of monthly and quarterly tactical initiatives (promotions and incentives).
§ Attend trade events to represent and/or present our solutions to both partners and end users.
§ Utilise key business tools, ensuring attention to detail in data entry and providing timely updates of account contact information, visit reports, opportunities, SPAs, expense claims and allocated tasks.
§ Ad Hoc tasks relating to job role.
· The ability to nurture & grow relationships within an existing customer base and the drive to identify and transact with new customers through effective business development practices.
· A minimum of three years' relevant work experience in the field.
· Results-driven and motivated to meet or exceed targets.
· Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple partners and tasks simultaneously.
· Proactive problem-solver, capable of taking corrective action when sales or operational issues arise.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills – able to influence and persuade partners and internal stakeholders.
· Flexible and adaptable to changing business priorities.
· Willingness to travel within the UK & Ireland for customer/partner visits and events.
· Team player, able to support and leverage collective channel and marketing efforts.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £40,250.25-£50,523.41 per year
