A well-established and expanding commercial finance brokerage in Northampton is looking to recruit a Sales Administrator to support its busy sales function.
This is a key position within the business, ensuring the smooth running of back-end processes and playing a vital role in deal progression and completion.
The Role Responsibilities will include:
Liaising with lenders regarding proposals
Preparing and managing financial documentation
Handling reporting and pay-out management
Supporting the sales team with administrative processes
Occasional communication with clients
You will work closely with the Sales Team and Management, contributing directly to operational efficiency and overall success.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in sales administration within a commercial finance brokerage or lending environment
Strong understanding of financial products and numerical data
High level of IT proficiency
Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Excellent communication and customer service skills
