Business Systems Analyst - Insurance Systems
Location: Essex (Hybrid)
Salary: £60,000 - £75,000 + bonus & benefits

Join a well-established insurance software provider supporting the London Market Insurance sector.
This is a technical Business Systems Analyst role focused on insurance systems, SQL, and software configuration. This is not a traditional business analyst role.
Responsibilities
* Configure insurance software systems to client requirements
* Build and maintain SQL queries to report on and update databases
* Analyse insurance systems and processes across the insurance lifecycle
* Produce technical documentation and MIS reports using Crystal Reports and MS Report Builder
* Support system implementation, testing, and delivery
* Liaise with insurance clients and internal technical teams
Requirements
* 3+ years' experience in the London Insurance Market
* Strong knowledge of insurance systems and insurance lifecycle
* Advanced SQL experience (queries, reporting, database updates)
* Experience in system configuration and systems analysis
* Background as a developer or technical analyst
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills
